Allstate is proposing an overall +2.4% rate level change to the Allstate Property and Casualty Insurance Company Private Passenger Automobile program in the state of Wisconsin. Allstate is proposing revisions to Rate Adjustment Factors, Territorial Base Rates, Rate Transition Factor, and the Early Signing Discount. In addition, Allstate is introducing a new rating plan, Complementary Group Rating.
