Consumer Groups Call on State Insurance Regulators to Reject Proposed Report

In comments submitted to the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) Auto Insurance Working Group, CFA, the Center for Economic Justice, and other consumer groups are urging the NAIC to reject a proposed “report” on auto insurance affordability due to bias towards industry. The groups have told commissioners that the report will not serve the public interest and the NAIC should start over.
