This year’s dinner will celebrate the entire CFA community – its leaders, members, advocates, congressional champions, and accomplishments over the past half-century.
The dinner will conclude with a recognition of retiring executive director Steve Brobeck and a welcome from incoming executive director Jack Gillis.
Contributions to the dinner will support CFA’s new Consumer Research Institute (CRI). Organizations and individuals purchasing or contributing two tables will receive recognition as founding supporters of the CRI.
The Consumer Research Institute (CRI) will sponsor research about consumers and their participation in the consumer marketplace. The research, which will be released to the public, will focus on consumer needs, preferences, and marketplace experiences. Some of this research will be undertaken in partnership with other organizations.
While the research will be managed by CFA staff and overseen by the CFA Board of Directors, we anticipate creation of an advisory board with a broad range of expertise.
Contributors to the Consumer Research Institute will receive recognition of their support.
Each year in June, CFA honors individuals and organizations who have made significant contributions to advancing the consumer interest. Award recipients are selected by CFA’s Board of Directors.
