In a comment letter to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) earlier this month, CFA expressed strong support for a proposed pilot program to produce data on the effects of equity exchange transaction fees and rebates; and changes to those feed and rebates, on the order routing behavior, execution quality, and market quality.
