The Consumer Federation of America joined Consumer Reports, the Secure Resilient Future Foundation, and the Electronic Privacy Information Center in writing a letter to Securities and Exchange Commission, Ms. Vanessa Countryman, to oppose any rulemaking to amend the SEC’s Cybersecurity Risk Management, Strategy, Governance, and Incident Disclosure rule.
