CFA and Consumers Union Urge FCC to Retain the Entirety of the Commission's Broadband Privacy Order
In a letter to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), CFA and Consumers Union (CU) are urging the FCC to oppose the petitions for reconsideration of the Commission's broadband privacy order. In particular, CFA and CU oppose the petitions for reconsideration that argue the Commission should fully repeal the Order.
