Regulatory Reform

Our regulatory system plays a key role in protecting consumer pocketbooks and health and safety. But special interests are seeking to weaken this system by persuading Congress to pass legislation that would make it difficult for regulators to issue and enforce appropriate consumer protections. CFA opposes this legislation.
