Consumer Groups Press DOT to Resume Rulemaking on Airline Pricing Transparency
On the three-year anniversary of what was supposed to be a temporary pause in a rulemaking proceeding concerning how the airlines make information about their fares and other charges available to consumers and to third-party travel sellers, CFA and other groups wrote to Department of Transportation Secretary Elaine Chao to demand that this work resume.
