CFA Expresses Concern about California Ticket Sale Legislative Amendments

CFA TC

CFA and other advocates wrote to the California legislature opposing amendments to AB 2808 that would weaken its pro-competition provisions. The proposed amendments would further consolidate power over ticket transfers to this monopoly rather than consumers.
