CFA and CU Urge US Trade Representative to Remain Resolute in Proposal to Curtail Investor-State Dispute Settlement

In a letter to US Trade Representative Robert E. Lighthizer, Consumer Federation of America and Consumers UnionĀ urged him to stay resolute in curtailing the availability the Investor-State Dispute Settlement in renegotiating the North American Free Trade Agreement.
