CFA and Consumers Union Urge Senators to Continue Promoting Transparency and Competition in the Airline Industry
In a letter to Senators Susan Collins and Jack Reed, CFA and Consumers Union (CU) commend them for their leadership in spurring the Department of Transportation to continue with its rulemaking proceedings to promote transparency and competition in airline industry practices on distribution and display of information on fares, schedules, and seat availability, and ancillary fees.
