CFA Opposes Rollback on Lighting Rules

At the Department of Energy's public hearing on its proposal to withdraw rules for certain lighting products, CFA Senior Fellow Dr. Mark Cooper indicated that the rollback of lighting rules would cost consumers $12 billion.
