Washington State Legislators Urged to Strengthen Privacy Bill
Washington, D.C. – CFA, ACLU Washington, the Electronic Privacy Information Center, the Electronic Frontier Foundation, and Privacy Rights Clearinghouse sent a fact sheet to the Washington House Committee on Innovation, Technology & Economic Development and to all Washington State House members outlining eight changes that should be made to 2SSB 6281, the Washington Privacy Act, to provide effective privacy protections for consumers.
