Sign On Letter to U.S. House Regarding Hearing "Legislative Proposals to Improve Transparency and Accountability at the CFPB"

CFA joins Americans for Financial Reform to express our serious concerns about the bills and proposals being discussed in today’s hearing, misleadingly titled “Legislative Proposals to Improve Transparency and Accountability at the CFPB.” The measures under discussion would weaken the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and make it harder for the agency to do its job.
