Groups Slam Bad Tennessee Privacy Bill

Consumer Federation and other groups sent a letter to Dennis Powers, Chair of the Tennessee House Subcommittee on Banking and Consumer Affairs, voicing opposition to HB 1467 because it would not provide adequate protection for consumers’ privacy.
