Groups Oppose Weak Utah Privacy Bill

Consumer Federation of America and other consumer and privacy groups told the leaders of the Utah House of Representatives that they opposed SB 227, the Utah Consumer Privacy Act, because it would do little to actually protect consumers’ personal information or to rein in major tech companies.
