Groups Oppose Bad Privacy Bill in Indiana

Consumer Federation of American and other groups wrote to the chair of the Indiana House Committee on Commerce, Small Business and Economic Development urging that SB 358, not advance because it would not provide effective privacy protection for consumers in the state.
