Group Sign On Letter to the White House Regarding European Court Justice Decision on EU Data Retention Directive
CFA and other advocacy organizations write to the White House regarding the recent decision of the European Court of Justice to invalidate the EU Data Retention Directive. We believe that this opinion bears directly on the White House’s review of the NSA Telephone Records Collection Program and also the White House study of Big Data and the Future of Privacy.
