CFA Says House Committee Draft Privacy Bill Needs a Redo

In detailed comments to the House Energy and Commerce Committee Subcommittee on Consumer Protection and Commerce, CFA said that the privacy bill drafted by staff was incomplete and inadequate to ensure that individuals are treated fairly by entities that seek to profit from their personal information.
