CFA TC

CFA, alongside a coalition of consumer and privacy groups, is calling on the FCC to oppose a Request for Extension of Time filed by the Association of National Advertisers seeking to delay the implementation of rules which would protect the privacy of broadband customers. In order to protect consumers without undue delay, the FCC should issue a decision as quickly as possible.
