CFA Calls on Texas to Require Auto Insurers to Continue Giving Premium Refunds
In a letter to Texas Insurance Commissioner Kent Sullivan, CFA calls for Texasto require auto insurers to continue giving premium refunds to consumers. The conditions that led to premium givebacks are persisting, and the Commissioner should take action to ensure consumers are not overcharged.
