CFA Calls on Arizona to Require Auto Insurers to Continue Giving Premium Refunds

CFA TC

In a letter to Arizona Insurance Commissioner Evan Daniels, CFA calls for Arizona to require auto insurers to continue giving premium refunds to consumers. CFA notes that Arizona Governor Doug Ducey has recently closed bars, movie theaters, and indoor gyms and fitness centers, and that the COVID-19 pandemic is getting worse. The conditions that led to premium givebacks are persisting, and the Commissioner should take action to ensure consumers are not overcharged.
