CFA and Other Groups Explain Why a Private Right of Action is Crucial to Protect Floridians’ Privacy Rights

In letters to Florida House and Senate committees and Governor DeSantis, Consumer Federation of America and several other groups explained why privacy legislation currently under consideration should include a private right of action, calling it “the most important tool the Legislature can give to Floridians to protect their privacy.”
