CFA and CEJ Suggest Approaches for NAIC to Examine Issues of Auto Insurance Availability and Affordability

In comments submitted to the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC), Consumer Federation of America and the Center for Economic Justice suggest approaches for the NAIC to meaningfully examine issues of availability and affordability of personal auto insurance and to respond to comments made by industry on the draft “report” outline.
