CFA Joins Coalition of Advocates Calling for Pro-Consumer Updates to the Colorado AI Act
WASHINGTON, D.C. —A group of 13 labor, consumer, civil rights, privacy, and other public interest groups sent a letter to the Colorado legislature ahead of anticipated changes to the Colorado AI Act passed last year. The letter urges lawmakers not to strip key protections in the original text, and to add transparency, accountability, and enforcement provisions from the original bill to strengthen it.
