Susan Grant is a Senior Fellow at the Consumer Federation of America, with a specific focus on privacy. Her work includes conducting research, advocating for privacy legislation, regulation and enforcement, promoting corporate data practices that are centered on respect for privacy and civil rights, and educating the public. From 2008 to 2021, she served as CFA’s Director of Consumer Protection and Privacy. Ms. Grant began her career in 1976 in the Consumer Protection Division of the Northwestern Massachusetts District Attorney’s Office and subsequently held positions at the National Association of Consumer Agency Administrators and the National Consumers League before moving to CFA.
