Michelle Styczynski

Research Advocate

Michelle Styczynski is a Research Advocate at the Consumer Federation of America where she provides advocacy support and conducts research for senior staff on various consumer issues.

Prior to joining CFA in February of 2013, Michelle worked as field director for an electoral campaign for the Michigan Oakland County Treasurer, where she worked to build support for the candidate and helped secure his reelection. Before working on the campaign, Michelle worked as an AmeriCorps Foreclosure Prevention Coordinator at the Lighthouse of Oakland County where she assisted local homeowners in foreclosure prevention.

Michelle graduated summa cum laude from the University of Detroit Mercy with a Bachelors of Art in English.
