Michelle Styczynski is a Research Advocate at the Consumer Federation of America where she provides research and advocacy support on various consumer issues, focusing on product safety and financial services.
Prior to joining CFA, Michelle worked as a field director for a re-election campaign for the Michigan Oakland County Treasurer. Michelle also worked as an AmeriCorps member for a metro Detroit housing counseling agency, where she assisted local homeowners in foreclosure prevention.
Michelle graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy with an undergraduate degree in English. She is currently pursuing a graduate degree in public policy from Georgetown University.
